LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

JOB MISSION

To assist in handling logistics operations with custom partners (SGS, Principal Customs, Revenue Collector), foreign suppliers, clearing Agent and internal customers.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The incumbent has to :
Ensure that import procedure is respected from pre-inspection to pick up of the shipment in airplane or ship
Ensure the respect of custom’s legislation by the company and its suppliers

REPORT DEVELOPER

JOB MISSION

To perform the necessary leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks related to the development of the reporting component behind Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The incumbent has in charge the :

· Analyze enterprise business context (trends and business strategy) to derive reporting solution

· Work closely with Data Warehouse Engineer to establish and improve an EDW application

· Determine the method of publishing according to target audience requirements.

· Participate in security access design to solution

TECHNICAL/EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

2+ years experience as a Business Intelligence / software developer working in a data warehouse / large database environment

To provide an opinion based on an independent appraisal of the adequacy and effectiveness of controls implemented in the company.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The incumbent has to :

§ Schedule Audit Plan ;

§ Carry Risk and Control Assessments ;

§ Develop Audit Programs and checklists ;

§ Perform tests to assess adequacy and compliance with policies and procedures covering functional and operating units

§ Document control weaknesses/deficiencies and define recommendations for risk mitigation/improvement
